Modelo cultural de Schein hoy: revisión integrativa (2020–2025)

Objetivo: Sintetizar la evidencia 2020–2025 sobre el uso del modelo de Schein para comprender y gestionar la cultura en trabajo remoto/híbrido, sostenibilidad e innovación.
Metodología: Revisión de literatura guiada por PRISMA 2020 (Google Scholar, PubMed/PMC y SciELO; filtros 2020–2025; criterios y cribado definidos a priori).
Resultados: Convergen tres hallazgos: (a) en remoto/híbrido, alinear artefactos digitales con valores de confianza/autonomía y supuestos sobre control y desempeño favorece bienestar y resultados; (b) en sostenibilidad, traducir valores en artefactos (metas, indicadores, rituales) y revisar supuestos sobre propósito evita “greenwashing”; (c) en innovación/ambidestreza, artefactos para experimentar, valores de apertura y supuestos que desestigmatizan el error se asocian con mejores resultados.
Conclusiones: El modelo de Schein continúa vigente y útil; la coherencia entre artefactos, valores y supuestos condiciona el éxito y la sostenibilidad de las intervenciones culturales.
